TweetFlow is one of the nicer apps available on the iPad app store. I’m sure you’ve heard all about Twitterific, that’s a great app but if simplicity and aesthetics is more your thing, then TweetFlow is for you. This visually pleasing iPad Twitter app is pretty bare bones though so if you need the more complex features then go with some of the others. If you use twitter for catching up with friends or just to mention something to your followers, this app is for you! Oh, forgot to mention, it’s free.
