Mission:Repair have received iPad replacement parts from Apple recently. Upon inspection of the device, a camera-like slot was found that looked similar to an isight slot like ones found on Macbook Pros. Mission:Repair decided to take this one step further by removing an iSight from a Mac and trying it out on the ipad. Sure enough, the iSight fits perfectly in the slot. This most likely points to Apple being ready to enable the next generation of ipads with a camera.
