Reuters has a spreading rumor that Hulu may have a “premium” subscription service in the works that will tailor to iPad, Xbox360 and PS3 users. This isn’t such a far-fetched idea, Hulu only allows 5 trailing episodes on its website and displays ads. Hulu on the iPad, ad-free and with all episodes in a series may be pretty tempting to some. Then there are the others that may already pay over a hundred dollars a month for entertainment services like cable, phone service and Internet that likely be turned off at the prospect of paying even more for TV over Internet.
